Supplier shall comply with all Buyer’s instructions and shall provide Goods and Services in accordance with the requirements of this Purchase Order, at accepted standards of the international offshore industry, in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and in such a manner as will always safeguard and protect Buyer’s and Client’s interests.
