Fosnavåg 18.07.2024: Rem Offshore is pleased to announce that we have signed a contract for the design and construction of a state-of-the-art CSOV (Commissioning Service Operation Vessel) with VARD. This is the third CSOV VARD delivers to REM Offshore. The first two, REM Power and REM Wind, were delivered in 2023 and 2024 respectively.
Rem Offshore Group, which was re-established in 2016, announced its best annual report since the restart. Both revenue and profit were significantly higher than 2022 and previous years.
Rem Offshore and Myklebust Verft have signed a contract for the construction of an Energy Subsea Construction Vessel (ESCV) with a 250 tonne crane. The vessel will be delivered in 2026 and will be the first of its kind that can perform heavy construction work in both offshore wind and subsea with net zero emissions. The contract also contains an option to build one more vessel.
Rem Offshore is pleased to announce that several long-term contracts is signed for our vessels. The contracts have been signed on market terms and will ensure high fleet utilization in the coming years.
