New contract for PSV Rem Arctic

Rem Offshore is pleased to announce that our PSV Rem Arctic has been awarded for a 1 year contract plus 4 x 6 monthly options with Vår Energi. Start of this contract will be in March/April 2021. Rem really appreciate the trust given, and are looking forward to a good and long cooperation with Vår Energi. The contract has been entered into on market terms.

New contract for Rem Trader

Rem Offshore is pleased to announce that our PSV Rem Trader has been awarded a campaign contract for 2021 and 2022 with Van Oord. The campaign is for the Saint Brieuc Offshore Windfarm and is in the offshore wind segment. Rem is looking forward to place PSV’s in other segments to show the diversity and capability of our fleet.

New contract for Rem Saltire

Rem Offshore are proud to announce a new contract for Rem Saltire, which is currently performing deep water node laying in the US Gulf. As part of the contract Rem Saltire will be equipped with the latest technology ROV launch and recovery systems from Evotec, which will give added operability, resulting in significant cost savings for our client.

Long-term charter contract with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy for our newbuild CSV Rem Energy

Rem Offshore are delighted to announce a long-term charter contract with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy for our newbuild CSV Rem Energy.

The vessel will be performing maintenance on various wind farms in Germany. Rem Inspector will perform the role as frontrunner to the newbuild and having already worked on the Global Tech 1 wind farm for two seasons she will return for most of 2021.

CSV for REM Offshore

REM Offshore AS has signed a contract with Green Yard Kleven in Ulsteinvik to build an offshore wind vessel. Hull 398 will be completed as a Construction Service Vessel (CSV) for REM Offshore. The ship is designed by Havyard Design & Solutions AS and is of the type «HAVYARD 833 CSV».


Immediate start of construction

The work for planning and engineering had an early start up that gives the possibility to start construction immediately. The ship is planned delivered in Q4 2021 and tailor made to operate as a service operational vessel.

Both the Owner, shipyard, designer, and several other subcontractors are located locally.

 Future-oriented environmental focus.

The basic principle for the design of the vessel is to meet future operational and environmental requirements with the best and robust technical solutions.
